TRAVEL RESERVATION

Fill in the reservation form stating the days of arrival and departure and the number of people, and we will let you know if there is availability for those dates.

Once the availability and prices have been confirmed, you must pay 50% of the total sum in advance to establish the reservation.

To complete your reserve, you will receive an email at the email address stated in your reservation request, containing the data necessary to make the payment. If the requested payment method is a BANK TRANSFER, the email will state the details so that you can carry out the transfer; if the payment method is CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL, you will receive the corresponding link so you can make the payment in question.

Payments made through PAYPAL will have a 5% surcharge for administrative costs.

RESERVE CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

  • If you cancel your reservation with at least 3 months’ notice prior to the date of arrival, you will be returned 40% of the sum of the reservation made.
  • 30% if between 2 and 3 months prior to the date of arrival onboard.
  • 20% if less than 2 months prior to the date of arrival onboard.

You shall have no right to receive a refund in the event of:

  • Cancellation with less than 30 days’ notice.
  • Flight delays, loss of flights, cancellation of flights or any other circumstance outside our control .
