Rates, payments and travel conditions

San Blas Charter Season: From 1 December to 15 May

This is the time of the trade winds, in other words, North-East winds, regular winds and hardly any rain. An ideal time for sailing.

  • Average air temperature: from 27 °Cto 35 °C (82 °Fto 95 °F)
  • Average water temperature: from 25°C to 27°C (77°Fto 82°F)

The rates depend on the number of people onboard.
Minimum of 2, and a maximum of 6 (possible limit).
The minimum stay onboard is 2 days.

INCLUDED

  • Lease of the catamaran with Captain and Crew member (fuel costs included).
  • Use of the auxiliary vessel for different activities (fuel costs included).
  • All breakfasts, lunches and dinners onboard (some food or dinners shall be eaten in the islands so you can learn about Kuna cuisine).
  • Drinks onboard such as water and soft drinks, as well as wine and beer (which should be consumed in moderation), and some added cocktails. Excessive alcohol use onboard is prohibited.
  • Fishing accessories, snorkelling equipment, kayaks and paddle .
  • Bed clothes and towels onboard.
  • Boat insurance.
  • Fuel, petrol, water tanks.

NOT INCLUDED

  • Transport from/to airport.
  • Transport from San Blas port to/from boat .
  • Personal insurance for those onboard.
  • Tax/entry fee to the Kuna Yala.
  • Additional excursions.
  • Food/dinners in local restaurants.
  • Cancellation insurance.

Payment method

  • To make the reservation you must pay 50% of the price of the charter in advance, using one of the three payment methods described below.
  • The remaining 50% should be paid on boarding the catamaran or a month before by Bank transfer.

Payment through the PAYPALplatform (debit or credit card) + 5% commission on the total sum.

Credit card

Payment shall be made through our bank (BBVA) using a secure and encrypted system which will ask you for your credit card information over a secure protocol (SSL) and will confirm the transaction with your bank using an online payment gateway.

Once 50% of the total sum has been received to make the reservation, we will send you an email confirming your trip reservation.

And shall therefore understand that you accept our terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions of the trip

  • Passengers must be 18 years of age at least, or if minors, accompanied by an adult (parent/parents or legal guardian/guardians).
  • You must follow the rules indicated when arriving at the boat.
  • If any passenger engages in inappropriate behaviour, SANBLASCRUISERreserves the right to cancel the trip.
  • SANBLASCRUISER will not be liable for any loss of or damage to personal belonging onboard.
  • All the specified prices are subject to change, based on Dollar exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Passengers must contract their own travel insurance; SAN BLAS CRUISER shall not be liable for any accident occurring onboard, off the boat or during transport from and to the boat.
